HarvRESt promoted at FRUIT LOGISTICA
From 7- 9 February 2024 HarvRESt project partner Confagricoltura promoted the HarvRESt project at the FRUIT LOGISTICA – the world's most important trade fair for the fresh produce industry and its direct access to the global market.
At the trade fair Confagricoltura had a stand dedicated to the presentation of the main European projects, which they are involved in, including HarvRESt.
With a presentation of the project and an insightful interview featuring HarvRESt Project Manager, Diego Redondo Taberner, the project showcased its potential to pioneer a sustainable future for European agriculture through innovative RES integration at farm-level. Those who were more interested in the project were provided with an abstract detailing essential project information.
Attended by a staggering 80,000 individuals, including key stakeholders, farmers, policymakers, and various actors in the food supply chain, the event provided an invaluable platform for engagement and networking.
During a workshop, the Confagricoltura team were also able to exchange information and interests with numerous participants, fostering meaningful connections and collaborations.
Altogether, great efforts were made to ensure comprehensive promotion of the HarvRESt project throughout the event.
